GTPL broadband Gujarat

I have a broadband connection taken one year back GTPL internet. Internet service frequently stopped since last two weeks, GTPL team didn’t not attend single time , we are very harassed kind types of service provider , not a single week when broadband is working properly , I have asked for refund but they did denied. As a consumer I would like to get refund since I am not getting the service. GTPL Broadband
