Flipkart

Ordered a product under flipkart pay later scheme uskng their credit and paid the due amount the same day of purchase but received a damaged product and asked for refund of 406 rs which they say they initiated and cometed to pay later account but i have already paid from my bank and even if i receive it in pay later i will have to pay it back whenever i will use it ,my money is gone.
