I had ordered boots from Flipkart last year, but I never received the order. When I contacted customer care, they kept taking more time from me repeatedly but didn’t resolve the issue. Then they said they had issued a refund, but I never received any refund. I even went to the bank, and they checked and told me that no refund had arrived. And suppose a refund had been issued, they would have removed the order ID from the order list, but they removed the order ID from the data, didn’t solve my issue, and also removed it. All other orders are showing that have been refunded, changed, or delivered, only the boot order is missing. And now, when I call Flipkart, they say that I never placed such an order. They neither gave me the product — it has been a year — nor have they issued a refund till today. The order ID is – OD433122337535951100. Please, mam/sir, help me with this; they have bothered me a lot.
