Hello, i ordered LG mobile. on 3rd june i was deivered with the product. The mobile os fully damaged charger point is defected. ear buds are missing. charger has several scratches. on several complain in flipkart no one is reverting me back. i wanted this mobile to be picked back and need refund for it. on flipkart they are making false promises. evene the supervisor dont have the clear idea of refund products.
