I am writing to complain about a problem I have with the EMI payment for a washing machine I bought from Flipkart. The order date was 03-11-2023 and the EMI was for 3 months, attached to Kotak Mahindra Bank. The first two months, the EMI was deducted on time, but the third month, it was not deducted because of low balance in my account. Since then, every time I deposit money into this account, it gets deducted and the balance becomes zero. I have contacted both the bank and Flipkart, but they keep telling me to talk to each other. I am very frustrated and confused about this situation. Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible.
