Flipkart and Jeeves Service private limited

Purchased a Laptop(Lenovo) last year Aug 2020, from flipkart and also purchased extended two year warranty from Jeeves and now when I am facing issue in laptop and no one is responding to my issue. Even wrote a mail to kalyan(MD Flipkart), Praveen(Jeeves director), Kapil(Director, customer experience) but not getting response
