Faze Fashion online shopping

I ordered a product from Faze Fashion website. I received a completely wrong item of very poor quality. The quantity and product received are different from what was mentioned on the website. Despite multiple attempts, the seller has not responded to my return or refund request. This is misleading and unfair trade practice. I request a full refund of ₹999 and strict action against the seller I ordered a product from Faze Fashion website. I received a completely wrong item of very poor quality.
