Ethnic cube

I order products from Ethnic cube online shopping site, on 3rd November 2020 and now 6 days got over and I am not getting my order status, I messaged them so many times, I sent mail also but not getting any response from them, I paid their amount already. Just I want to know why they are not responding or updating me regarding my order.
