I want to complain against DTDC courier service where I was sent a courier from patiala, punjab to pune, maharashtra with DTDC courier service with consignment number: D17253916 and when I received it some items were damaged and some were lost and when complaining to dtdc customer service they say that since it wasn’t insured, they cannot do anything for it which is really an unethical behaviour from their side.
