Dear sir, There is an unauthorized transection (500) on 19-11-2022 via CRED APP. The credited amount is in the ICICI (IFSC CODE: ICIC0DC0099). Therefore, I am requesting you to please freeze the bank account linked to these transactions (list enclosed). Cred kept my payment for more than a month after merchant refunded my money and they not even responding to me in mails aswel as chat ..after so many follow ups they refunded after 40days and i need compensation for the delayed days as per RBI rules it’s 100Rs per day delayed
