I had taken a loan from cashbus new and I had paid it yesterday that is 13/02/2023 and I reapplied a loan now the customer representative of CashBusNew are telling me I have to again pay the applied loan and I will get a refund since it was a glitch

There is an app named Cashbusnew in googleplay store. This app shows an active loan which i haven’t taken. They are sending node images and abusive words to all my contacts to pay the loan.
