Bigbazaar issued me Profit Club card by charging 10000 rupees but after few months bigbazaar got acquired by reliance and neither reliance or bigbazaar is entertaining our profit club card. Please help us to get our refund. This looks like a very big scam. They should have informed us about its merger and given us time to redeem. bigbazaar customer care is totally not contactable. The customer care number 18002662255 is now invalid.
