I have ordered grocery from bigbasket daily and cancelled the order and they initiated refund but it haven’t reflected in my account till yet if I call them they are saying that it will take 48hrs and it’s already been one week Refund related issues was last modified: June 29th, 2023 by Consumer Court

I paid 614 rupees for a order placed on BigBasket. The order was later cancelled. In bigbasket its showing that refund has been made to original payment source i.e. Dhani freedom credit card.
