Arthimpact Digital loan pvt Ltd. Paytm pvt Ltd

i had taken postpaid limit (Buy now Pay later ) by Arthimpact and paytm (One97 Communications ) of rs 3300₹ , i had made all the payments on time f ,but still showing pending in my Cibil score which is impacting negative score in my cibil since a year,i had made the request to close this but still its pending . . kindly resolve this
