an item was not delivered on time and on regular enquiry it was assured to be delivered. moreover the seller mentioned that it would e- mail once the product was ready but to no respite. when i contacted the people at amazon help desk they simply said they are helpless as its quite delayed. Let me draw your attention to your utter failure to solve the issue. finally have cancelled the product but its completely missing from the order list. Hope Amazon sends the details at the earliest.
