The complaint is about the wrong product I received from Amazon amounting 5800/-. As soon as I know about the product I called the customer service and they initiated the return. After few days delivery guy came and took the wrong product. Since then I am in touch with the Amazon team they said we are working on it and it will take some more time. And today, they said you have returned us the wrong product so we can’t help you also they claimed that they send me the exact product I ordered earlier. It’s totally on me now.
