Dear sir, This is to inform you that I have purchased one noise colorfit pro 4 blutooth calling smartwatch of rs.2998/- but i received torned box with noise Pro seems old smartwatch than immediately i contacted technical team and shared all the pictures and bar code everything whatever they asked.they told me that replacement is not possible we ll refund you.my order was already picked up on 28 October 2022 but till date i didn’t receive any resolution neither product nor refund so many times I approached customer care but they said that they received an empty box and so they cancelled my return.please tell me is it possible that without checking product or box any pickup boy would pickup the return.I am feeling so much irritation with this kind of fraud.I request you to please help me out and provide me either product or refund. Thanks & Regards
