I ordered bose qc 2 earbuds on 06-02-2023 and received on 07-02-2023 but received wrong product ,I contacted Amazon immediately and they raised an investigation but after the investment they denied of any faults and denied my redund Refund denied for wrong item received was last modified: February 11th, 2023 by Consumer Court

I ordered rat trap from Amazon, i received plastic toy. Hence requested a replacement. Which was not delivered however the status was updated as delivered.
