In ajio while ordering, I ordered the products and they don’t even accepted my order and debited money also and even till now not refunded my money. I have tried harder to contact them but nothing is helpful. It has been more than 1 week

I have returned the reversible jacket on 14th January 2021 which was worth Rs.1399.00, they accepted that this item has been received by them, but still no refund has been credited to my credit card account..
