Airtel

Every time I am charging Airtel mobile with Rs. 49 valid for 28 days. But daily phone call comes from the customer care telling your service will be stopped as your plan is expired.

I recharged my airtel number yesterday with rs100 and the outgoing and incoming validity didn’t extend. What am I supposed to do with that balance if I am not even able call.
