While booking a hotel via Agoda app payment was debited but no confirmation of booking rec’d. Upon checking with Agoda they confirmed no such payment is recd. Bank statement shows Retail Domestic PT MUMBAI as payment merchant. i see lot of people raising similar complatins and this needs to be addressed as early as possible. […]
