Text of Complaint by Ayushi Prasad:

I had ordered 2 pairs of sneakers and applied for return of one and size exchange of another. Therr was no tag in both the products and the delivery executive denied picking it up or delivering the exchanged product. The issue was raised but closed and didn’t get any reply to mails or calls. Such pathetic customer service, I don’t know how to reach out to them because it’s not my fault they don’t provide tags.
