Dear Sir
I had order the “Syska H904 Wireless Bluetooth Headset With Mic (BLACK) “from Shopclues.com on 19-06-2019 . My order no is 175945961 . Courier was delivered to me on 21-06-2019 . When I open the courier & see the MI Bluetooth headset was in it. So I raise the complaint with Shopclues to return & refund with ticket no. 8847519. On 22-06-2019 I got the reply “Greetings from ShopClues.com
This is with reference to your Order ID 175945961 for Syska H904 Wireless Bluetooth Headset With Mic (BLACK) regarding the return of your package.
As we have investigated the matter with our courier partner as well as with our merchant and found that the same and complete product has been delivered to you in seal packed condition after proper quality check.
Hence, we are unable to process your request. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.”
My order is protected with 10 days easy return . but Shopclues is not returning my money . pls take the action again them .
