We had ordered a symphony sense 50 50 Ltr tower cooler dated on 31may2019 and received product on 01june2019
According to the specification of the symphony cooler it will maintain room temperature i.e cool the room but the symphony cooler is not working properly . Neither the cooler provide good cooling nor it work properly such as it makes suffocation in the room.
For which purpose the cooler was purchased it doesn’t provide consumer satisfaction. This shows that symphony cooler is worthless.
After that we placed a complain to the paytm on the same day of delivery of the product that is on 01june2019 and they didn’t reply to us.
But i again follow up with my complain which i had done to the paytm
And then i got a reply from the paytm in which they said that they are concerning and working on my complain.
After expiry of 6 days from my complain i got a reply from paytm that they will not replace my product and No any further queries would be entertained in this regard.
Such type of reply from such brand we don’t expect
But now i want to replace my product
So pls concern my request as soon as possible
