I ordered items from instamart from swiggy and the item was defective so the customer service told me that they are refunding Rs 244 and Rs 15 as token but i checked and only rs 15 was refunded no body from swiggy called about rs 244 refund, so i called swiggy again to find and now they say that order was of rs195 only so they can refund rs180 only. I told them that i was given promise of different amount but they were unable to help. My complaint are usually i dont check refunds, so it might be that swiggy is frauding that they promise and do not refund and that to we call and then they do not refund what was promised i have all chat screenshot for customer service of swiggy stating rs244 refund and it seems some kind of cheating with customers. I want to do charge on them for Rs 10 lakhs for cheating there customers like me
