Swiggy offers services wherein you can oder food and swiggy will deliver it in the time they committ, my food was ordered with order no 153593986925
However post 1 hour there was no delivery when contact customer services they said they can track the delivery partner and will give refund. By that time the restaurant was also closed for me to go pick up my order. Spent hours to fix the issue. With no food to eat. In addition to this the agent closed the chat while I was chatting with him. In addition to that when I contact them again to ask for a copy of chat they said they won’t give it.
As a consumer I have a right to avail my conversation with them.
