Text of Complaint by Shabana Rokadia:

So I ordered Gemini refined oil from Swiggy instamart and it was expired. So I called for a replacement and they did serve me with an expired product again. So the delivery executive who had come to deliver made me talk to some manager of the store(I suppose) and he apologised and promised me a replacement. So he told the delivery guy to bring both the products back to him and he listed it on swiggy as replacement delivered. The replacement has not been delivered yet. I raised this issue on swiggy and they have refused to provide me with the replacement or refund. And their help center is not even replying on time.
