I ordered food from swiggy and the food was not delivered, then i was told on call that i will be getting a refund for the order i did not receive, then the order was cancelled from their side without asking me and now they’re saying i do not get a refund, i was transferred to several departments and talked to multiple people, but no resolution came from that. I was promised in written, but then denied again.
