I placed an order with Swiggy Instamart App & paid through UPI since COD was not available. I was regular customer of Swiggy & my address was already saved there. But when i placed this order the app automatically takes the location I was in & placed order with that delivery address only though I changed the address. I corrected the address and the correct adress was reflecting while ordering as well. However once the order was placed I saw that they picked the location I was in at that time. I tried to contact Swiggy & the delivery partner as well but it was wrong number provided to me. I contacted the customer care & the refused to either deliver the product at my location or even refund. They were just telling me about the 100% cancellation charges deduction. My product was not delivered to me & on top of that my payment was also not refunded. What kind of service is this? I want to know how are they sufferig losses by this scenario? I want my money back. Only robots are hired there & no kind of customer satisfaction is necessary for them. I want my money back immediately.
