I had made a cake order with swiggy. but i didn’t received a call from them, and they cancelled my order without informing me. the order was prepaid so they charged 100% cancellation fee.
due to whomsoever party fault i lost my whole money due to their unfair trade practices. every policies are in company benefits. customer like us has to suffer because of this.
please review my case ASAP if there is any consumer rights present in the country.
