I ordered on Swiggy. Swiggy delivery partner has stealed the order without coming to my location. He not lifted call of me and even Swiggy customer care. Swiggy people are saying me to drop an email to their dedicated team to resolve query in 24hrs.
Dear consumer court,
They are stealing customers money and not doing service.
Because of their mistake, I need to punish with hunger and need to wait for refund. I request you to resolve my issue with not only refund but only huge penalty to Swiggy for this kind of fraudulent activities.
