On 1st Feb, we had ordered food from swiggy from the restaurant very nearby to our home. First order was placed around 8 PM but it was showing in progress till 9.30 whereas we called the restaurant directly they said the order was picked up by the swiggy agent long back. After 1.5 hrs the agent cancelled the order, and then we had to place a new order and then it got delayed because restaurant had to prepare the order again. That day it was the anniversary celebration party and because of all the mess the party was ruined. This is not acceptable.
