12October 2020, evening: Opened Swiggy app to place order, Saved the destination address (Hn 8-93/1 sri sai nagar Colony phase 1, road no-R5 , balapur rangga reddy hyderbad 500005) Order placed for delivery to this address.
Cost of order: Rs 757.00 (payment made by Phonepay)
Delivery boy goes to wrong location in search of above address. Then the app cancels the order and entire amount of Rs 757.00 is charged as cancellation fee. And they auto canceled my order without my confirmation, and delivery boy and customer support talked very rudely,.
I attach the Swiggy order summary where the delivery address is clearly given, but the delivery boy never came to this address.
