I received paneer pack which is just 3 days away from expiry. Still i opened it to check and it was already sour and smelling. I complained regarding this but they said they can’t refund. It’s a paneer worth Rs80/- but the trust is lost forever. What if i had ordered something of higher price. No matter small or big money is money and nobody gives a penny for free we need to earn. The executives are repeatedly arguing with no refund option. I’m a regular instamart customer. I order groceries/vegetables daily from swiggy . And this kind of behavior is unacceptable. Uninstalling this fraud app now.
