Hi, I placed order on Swiggy on May 20 around 10:30 pm from Grill 9 restaurant, SD Road, Secunderabad. Ordered two items, Fried Rice and Shwarma.
Swiggy delivery boy delivered only fried rice and did not deliver the Shawrma, when I raised the complaint to swiggy, their chat support was useless, they asked me to email.
After I emailed, I received a reply with all stupid funds from swiggy, but they dinot mention anything regarding refund amount.
I want my amount to be refunded, why should I pay for item that was not delivered to me.
