my name is venkateswara rao, from tirupati andhra pradesh. i am doing business with swiggy from last couple of years and i recently came to know that swiggy is charging me lot of additional money without my consent. when i tried to call them they are not responding to my request and they are rejecting to give me details why they are charging money from my account. they said they will raise a ticket and asked me to wait for 24 to 48 hrs and when i called them back they didnt even raised a ticket.
