Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Online Grocery Ordering
The issue that I have experienced was: I did an order on Swiggy Instamart on 7th June and I did double payment of Rs 866 where as the bill amount was of Rs 433 from ICIC UPI . I waited for a day and did the payment of Rs 433 for the order(#1189063073964) from Paytm I was told by customer support that there will be refund of Rs 866 in 24-48 hours. I did the payment of Rs 866 on 7th and more than 48 hours have passed. Today when I checked with customer support team they told me to write mail.
I have written mail to stores-support@swiggy.in and support@swiggy.in on 10th June 2022 , my request number 15347859. I have attached the screen shot of my ICICI Account and PayTM Transaction.
1) 7th June Rs 866 from ICICI Bank through ICICI UPI
2) 8th June Rs 433 from PayTM
I have attached the same screenshot of the payment and the order to your email ID’s (stores-support@swiggy.in and support@swiggy.in on 10th June) . I have not received any reply or calls.
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
