I have placed a two orders on two different days buying a grocery via swiggy instamart
on 10th Dec SWIGGY INSTAMART/9113112/01 at 1.33PM for Rs.835 and on 8th Dec SWIGGY INSTAMART/BANGALO at 02.01PM for Rs.325
Both the orders amount were debited from my bank account without any notification.
Actually i have paid cash on delivery for both the orders and the delivery boy also didn’t said about the payment received and he collected my cash.
After 3 days i was seeing my bank statement and noticed swiggy debited amount for both the orders.
I spoke to customer care person and they said can’t do refund due to language barrier with the delivery partner.
I want to file a complaint against SWIGGY INSTAMART for thier fraud activity. I have paid two times for the same product.
Kindly do the needful.
