I ordered some food items from swiggy instamart, but when i received my package, few items are spoiled. I ordered 3 packets of verka dahi which cost 30RS in Chandigarh but on swiggy instamart, the cost is 35RS, from which 1 packet was completely leaked. A packet of lays chips was also defective and was not in the condition to eat. When i talk to the customer care in app, they haven’t gave me solution and gave me a swiggy support email to further contact there. But when i emailed my concern to them, they said that they understand my pain but they can’t take action against this issue.
The total amount i paid was RS.341
