I bought bombay shaving trimmer looking at the pictures posted on swiggy. When it got delivered i noticed all the pictures explaining product benefits are marketing gimmicks and it failed to trim my beard. I instantly asked for return and refund. I am denied this request citing they will pass my feedback to the company.
