I ordered some items from swiggy instamart worth rs.2177 , only item worth rs. 300 was delivered… I asked the delivery boy but he said rest amount will get refunded to you..but there was no refund.. so I contacted their customer service , to which they said we will investigate… And later denied refund…. Such a pathetic service by a reputed name ” swiggy “.. they don’t even care about such a huge amount…. request u to please help!!!!
