Received a coupon from Swiggy Instamart Instagram page as a part of a contest. I haven’t been able to use the coupon even though i have never redeemed the coupon before. I have sent numerous emails to the customer service team an havent received any response from their side. My ticket gets closed even before I receive any resolution. Its been a week since this happened and my issue hasnt been resolved yet
