I ordered food on Swiggy on 4th September 2022. I had to cancel the order because they were extremely late to deliver the food. I spoke to the customer service executive and he said he will process refund for the cancelled order. But I have till date not received the refund. When I contacted them again and again, they kept saying they have processed. They asked me to check with my bank, but the bank said I will have to contact the Merchant back.
I have been back and forth contacting SWIGGY and HDFC Bank and till date, I have not received my refund money of Rs.257.00.
Kindly take action against Swiggy for cheating me, the customer. Please help me get my money back and a compensation for all the trouble.
