I sent dried kesar boxes worth about ₹ 6500/- through Genie but the delivery boy didn’t deliver there and neither returned back parcel to me. Swiggy customer support has been giving me the run stating escalation done, but sent an email to me saying my email us is not registered with them when I have actually sent email complaint from same id. Please help.
