Recently I got my watch worth 5k sent from my brothers house to my house in Bangalore by using Swissy Genie. The item was not delivered to me. There is not OTP not the delivery person called me to deliver the package. The swiggy support is not cooperating and it looks like it was a well planned theft. This is like severe mental torture. The swiggy support is sneaky and they said that they would contact the delivery guy and ask him to retreive the package, but the next day no attempt was made and they said that they are not able to contact him. This is a serious case of theft. Upon asking them to refund the money of the item they are saying that they have a policy to only refund 1000 bucks. This is mental harassment to the customer. First of all they plan to steal my watch and then just give me Rs1000. I have all the chat details. Please help.
