Hi Team,
I booked a swiggy genie to deliver her food to my location for that i already paid. But after the shipment pickup the delivery boy was not responding to us. I tried many times but he is not picking up our calls. He switched off his phone.
The current status is still showing that the package will deliver in 8mins.
The package has some food for me and some important documents copy.
Whenever we tried reaching swiggy chat support. They are just asking for time.
I need a resolution on this issue.
