My friend booked a swiggy genie to deliver her food to my location for that she already paid. But after the shipment pickup the delivery boy was not responding to us. She tried many times but he is not picking up our calls. He switched off his phone.
The current status is still showing that the package will deliver in 8mins.
The package has some food for me and some important documents copy.
I am going to file an FIR for that guy and going to consumer forum and food supply department to file a complaint against swiggy genie.
Whenever we tried reaching swiggy chat support. They are just asking for time.
I am going to publish this in every social media platform which includes linkedin, insta, Facebook, Twitter etc
I need a resolution on this issue else I am gonna f**k everyone at swiggy.
