Swiggy committed to fraud without delivering order and if I reach customer care there are saying I need to wait for 24hr after writing a email. Because of their mistake, I need to punish with hunger and need to wait for refund. I request you to resolve my issue with not only refund but only huge penalty to Swiggy for this kind of fraudulent activities.
