The delivery guys asked for money from my daughter and when we denied he called again and swiggy denied for any kind of help also, when i tried to find out things understood that the details of delivery guy is forged in the system and the person came to my house was different person not from swiggy. Swiggy people are nit providing any kind of help in this. the ball is been thrown from one court to another. its a serous matter of safety concern.
Swiggy management is not bothered about someone safety and all.
I need compensation of for the mental harassment.
