I have ordered a Domino’s pizza (veggie Paradise cheese burst) order no. 369 from swiggy. The pizza delivered to me was a wrong order i send them a picture and returned back pizza to Domino’s delivery boy.
Swiggy is neither taking any responsibility nor refunding my amount. They are saying you have to handle directly with Domino’s which not right as i am using their platform to order not Domino’s app. On other hand Domino’s was not picking up the call and landline bill was not paid that msg i was getting when i tried to call. If swiggy can’t take any responsibility then they shouldn’t place a restaurant in their application
Kindly consider my complain.
